How to Book
To confirm your adventure, Adventure Center or your travel agent will need payment and a completed booking form. You can do this electronically by following the link on the tour web page, by fax or by mail. Please refer to the simple instructions below.
Please be sure that the trip you choose is the right one for you, and that you understand booking conditions and insurance requirements. In most cases payments are nonrefundable once a trip has been confirmed. If you have any questions, please see our FAQs or call us at

- When you have selected your trip please go to the trip page for your selected trip on www.adventurecenter.com , if you know your trip code enter it in the “Trip Finder” on our homepage to go straight to your trip.
- If the trip page has “Book Now” buttons next to the dates and prices click on the “Book Now” button for your desired departure date and complete the online booking process. If you don’t see “Book Now” buttons click on the “Sign Up” link on the left side of the trip page to access a booking form that can be printed and then mailed or faxed along with your trip payment. Or if you have a brochure featuring your trip you can complete the booking form in the brochure and fax or mail this.
- Once the booking form and payment are received we will initiate confirmation of your trip. We normally obtain confirmation the next business day after receiving your booking form and payment however in some cases it may take longer. We'll keep you posted on the status of your booking, and will let you know when you're confirmed.
